DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "we," "us" or "our" refer to Excalibur Hotel & Casino (Las Vegas), operator of the Excalibur Hotel & Casino located on the Las Vegas Strip.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering our premises, using any services provided by us, or participating in any promotions, tournaments or gaming activities at Excalibur Hotel & Casino (the "Property"), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests of the Property.

AGE AND IDENTIFICATION

No individual under the age of 21 is permitted in any gaming area at the Property, nor may they participate in any services or activities provided by us without a parent or guardian's explicit consent and supervision. You are required to provide valid government-issued identification (ID) upon request from our staff.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor and control your own gaming losses, betting limits and overall expenditure while at the Property. We assume no liability for any financial or personal losses incurred by you as a result of your participation in services or activities provided by us.

GAMBLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All games and rules are governed exclusively by Nevada State Gaming Commission regulations.
Winnings may be paid out according to applicable gaming laws, subject to certain withholdings (as outlined below).
You agree that you will comply with all relevant Nevada gaming regulations in relation to your betting limits.

WITHHOLDINGS

Nevada requires a 1-8% withholding on slot machine winnings and/or any progressive jackpot payouts exceeding $5,000. We reserve the right to apply this withholding when paying out jackpots or prizes as per applicable law.

PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT TERMS

Progressive jackpot wins will be paid in accordance with relevant Nevada gaming regulations.
The maximum payout on all progressive games is capped at a minimum of $40,000 (Nevada Statute).
All winnings over the cap are exempt from state tax withholding but may still be subject to applicable federal taxes.

PROGRESSIVE JACKPOT EXEMPTIONS

In case of multiple winners exceeding 1 in any progressive jackpot event, the payout shall be reduced proportionally according to a predetermined formula as outlined below:
- In cases where there are two winning tickets at $30 or more and/or participation by four players each receiving jackpots under $2 million, we reserve the right to divide winnings among eligible winners based on the number of participating ticket purchases.

PROMOTIONS AND TOURNAMENTS

Participants in promotions, tournaments and events organized by us agree that their attendance is voluntary.
Participating parties accept all applicable tournament or promotional rules outlined by our staff prior to the start date of the event.

EXEMPTIONS FROM GAMBLING REGULATIONS

Guests visiting from any jurisdiction under U.S. sanctions shall not be permitted entry into gaming areas, nor participate in services provided by us without proper authorization and compliance with regulatory requirements for international players, including obtaining any necessary approvals for offshore or foreign participation.

LEGAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute arising from our Terms and Conditions, all parties agree to abide by Nevada law and the applicable jurisdiction regarding disputes related to services provided.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

By participating in services at Excalibur Hotel & Casino, you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties regarding any matter arising from gaming activities, events, or other interactions provided within this venue.
